Who we are
AllPro Global Technologies Private Limited ("AllPro", "we", "us") is a company registered in India with its office in Thane, Maharashtra. For any privacy question, write to info@allpro.co.in.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and the message you write.
- Job applications: your name, email, mobile number, city, role, experience, LinkedIn or portfolio link, note and the resume you upload.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The site may remember which service you clicked, only in your own browser and only for your current visit, to fill in the contact form for you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To assess your job application and contact you about suitable roles.
- To keep records of our communication with you.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Where it is stored
Form entries and resumes are stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our company email, hosted by Zoho. Access is limited to the AllPro staff who need it to respond to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in discussion with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Resumes are kept for up to 12 months for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@allpro.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
